1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Review Router platform at reviewrouter.link (the "Service"), operated by Shashan Lumbhani ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, generating short links, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

Review Router is engineered specifically for Amazon KDP book marketing, review routing, and official Amazon marketplace storefronts.

You may only generate short links (reviewrouter.link/kdp/...) and QR codes that redirect to valid Amazon product pages, Kindle listings, or official Amazon customer review submission URLs for books you own or are authorized to represent.

3. Strict Acceptable Use Policy

To protect readers and maintain web safety standards (including Google Safe Browsing requirements), Review Router strictly prohibits using the platform for any of the following activities:

🚫 Phishing & Credential Harvesting

Creating short URLs or QR codes that direct to fake login pages or attempt to steal Amazon credentials or user data.

🚫 Deceptive Redirection & Link Cloaking

Shortening URLs that lead to non-Amazon external sites, or altering destination targets post-creation to deceive visitors.

🚫 Malware & Exploit Distribution

Linking to destinations containing viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or malicious scripts.

🚫 Non-Amazon Commercial Schemes & Spam

Distributing short links via automated spam bots, deceptive advertising, or non-book affiliate campaigns.

4. Zero-Warning Abuse Termination & Link Purge

Any user account found shortening malicious, deceptive, cloaked, or phishing links will be INSTANTLY TERMINATED, and all associated short links, QR codes, and 302 redirects will be PERMANENTLY PURGED WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.

We maintain active threat intelligence scanning and cooperate fully with domain registries, web hosts, and security authorities.

5. Merchant of Record & Billing Policies

Our order process and payment handling is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and related customer support.

6. Amazon Marketplace Compliance

Authors using Review Router are responsible for adhering to Amazon's customer review policies across all regional marketplaces where their books are listed.

Strictly prohibit offering gift cards, payment, discounts, or incentives in exchange for reviews.
Do not employ review gating (filtering readers based on satisfaction before redirecting).
Do not participate in review exchange rings or fake review networks.

Review Router is a neutral 302 routing platform and operates in full compliance with Amazon's Community Guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Services

Review Router is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or Kindle Direct Publishing. You retain ownership of all book content, metadata, and logos uploaded to your workspace.

The platform incorporates third-party web analytics services, including Google Analytics (via Google tag gtag.js, Measurement ID G-RNZH24C9JG), to measure website performance, error logging, and user traffic trends. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of site analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
