We want you to be completely satisfied with Review Router. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Pro and Business, monthly or yearly).

If for any reason Review Router does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of your purchase or plan upgrade, simply contact us for a prompt and full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are initiated by our team and processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.

Step 1: Contact Support

Send an email to [email protected] using the email address associated with your Review Router account.

Step 2: Verification & Processing

Our team will verify your order details and submit the refund request to Dodo Payments.

Step 3: Credit Return

Once approved, refunds typically appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your in-app billing dashboard.

When you cancel, your paid subscription features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Afterwards, your account reverts to the Free Plan, and your existing smart links and QR codes continue working.

5. Resolution Before Chargebacks
