This Privacy Policy explains how Shashan Lumbhani ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Review Router at reviewrouter.link, collects, processes, and protects information when you use our smart link routing platform, dynamic QR code studio, and analytics services (the "Service").
Review Router provides tools for Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) authors, publishers, and marketing agencies to forward readers to their local regional Amazon marketplace page.

Review Router is engineered with a strict privacy-first architecture. We do not track, profile, or collect personally identifiable information (PII) from individual readers who click or scan short links generated by our platform.
A. Reader Redirect Telemetry (Non-PII Only):
- Anonymized IP Address: Captured transiently at the edge solely to determine the reader's geographic country of origin for 302-redirecting to their local Amazon store (
amazon.com,amazon.co.uk,amazon.de, etc.). IP addresses are cryptographically hashed prior to any database storage. - Device & User-Agent Classification: Non-identifying hardware classification (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet) to generate aggregate author statistics.
- Click & Scan Timestamps: Exact timestamp of redirect execution.
- Campaign Identifiers: Non-personal UTM markers appended by authors for tracking.
B. Website Analytics & Cookies (Google Analytics):
We implement Google Analytics (via Google tag gtag.js, Measurement ID G-RNZH24C9JG) to collect anonymized website usage statistics, session durations, page performance, and visitor interactions across our website pages. You can control or opt out of Google Analytics cookies through your browser settings or using official Google opt-out extensions.
C. Account Holder Data:
For registered author account holders, we collect your name, email address, workspace settings, book metadata (ASINs, titles, covers), and authentication tokens.
2. Zero Data Selling Guarantee
We firmly guarantee that Review Router never sells, rents, monetizes, brokers, or trades user browsing habits, click data, or reader IP telemetry to third-party advertisers, ad networks, or data brokers.
All click analytics are aggregated strictly for the author who owns the link and are protected under database-level row security.
3. Third-Party Services & External Privacy Policies
Review Router integrates with trusted external service providers to deliver secure routing, analytics, payments, and hosting:
Uses Google tag G-RNZH24C9JG to aggregate non-identifying site usage traffic, page views, and visitor telemetry for platform analytics.
Dodo Payments acts as our Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, checkout encryption, tax compliance, and invoicing.
Once a reader is 302-redirected to an official regional Amazon marketplace domain (such as amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, etc.), they are governed by Amazon's respective local privacy policy and terms of service.
